∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of young and energetic people.
∎ Actively research potential clients and pursue new business relationships.
∎ Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow-up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf.
∎ Obtain client requirements and prepare customized plan for the targeted customer.
∎ Develop pursuit materials, prepare presentations and regularly present at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences.
∎ Lead the marketing team to plan and coordinate business generation activities.
∎ Carrying out Market Survey.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant industry.
∎ Experience in Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/Development, Customer Support/Client Service will add value to the selection process.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are essential.
∎ Highly polished and articulate, maintain a pleasant disposition and are able to establish and expand professional relationships with senior executives.
∎ Strategic thinker, expert negotiators and have an insightful marketing ability.
∎ Strong entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in dynamic and competitive environments.
∎ Ability to perform under pressure.
