Job Context:
∎ SEBL DX group is one of the prominent & emerging group of companies in Bangladesh running their business from 2010 and engaged in Distribution, Solar & Renewable Energy Business, Footwear, Trading, Import & Export, Supply, Installation & Construction, Land & Properties, Digital Agency, E-commerce, Automobile, Service Chain & Retail Chain business.
∎ We are currently hiring a Training & Development Manager to lead the Training and development function with the aim of identifying skill gaps among employees and creating plans to bridge these gaps so that organization objectives are met.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
∎ Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
∎ Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
∎ Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
∎ Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
∎ Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
∎ Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
∎ Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
∎ Analyze employee training needs and develop training programs as needed, or modify existing programs to meet specific staff needs.
∎ Establish a detailed annual training budget for organization or department.
∎ Plan and implement staff development and training programs using a variety of methods that may include demonstrations, conferences, classroom training, meetings, workshops and on-the-job training.
∎ Develop training and educational materials for current staff and new hires, including visual aids, multimedia tools, training booklets and more.
∎ Discuss training needs and goals with management on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis to establish training needs based on projected changes, production processes and other factors.
∎ Development framework tools and templates to improve efficiency of learning & development activities in general.
∎ Conduct proper TNA and structure it into IDP (Individual Development Plan).
∎ Structure online learning platform, develop content and deliver.
∎ Conduct soft skills and technology focused training.
∎ Prepare training budget for department or organization
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority from time to time.

∎ Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
∎ Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
∎ Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
