Job Responsibilities:
∎ (Hiring Staff) Find the right person for the right position.
∎ Coordinates Interview and assess job candidates.
∎ Coordinates recruitment including creating job descriptions and postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, negotiating, and extending offers, issuing local contracts, and overseeing orientation and onboarding of staff.
∎ Provide counseling on policies and procedures to new joiners.
∎ Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
∎ Implement human resource strategies & policies to achieve company objectives.
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
∎ Accurately follow the HR rules and regulations for staff policy.
∎ Co-ordinates Coaches and counsel staff on employee relations issues related to hiring, termination, job performance, and organizational policies.
∎ Coordinates functions to keep up the morale of the employee.
∎ Keeps record of employee Leave and attendance and maintains employee records.
∎ Implement & monitor training & development programs/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Contributing to implementing a service-oriented HR practice
∎ Leading the day-to-day HR functions
∎ Handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues as per law with companies' norms & regulations.
∎ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
∎ Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
∎ All other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Work experience in HRM
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in HRM, Policy Development.
∎ The candidate has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application

Salary: Negotiable
