The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in handling customers’ inquiry and maintain database as well. Duty & Responsibilities:
- Providing product or service information: They must be knowledgeable about the products or services that their company offers, so they can provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
- Handling complaints: When guests are dissatisfied with a product or service, the customer service representative must listen to their complaints, offer solutions or resolutions, and work to address any issues.
- Processing orders and returns: Customer service representatives often process orders and returns for customers, ensuring that the customer's request is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Managing customer accounts: They may also manage guests’ accounts, update information or making changes as necessary.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction: Customer service representatives must work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, often by following up with customers to ensure that their needs were met and addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborating with other teams: They may work closely with other teams within the company, such as sales or technical support, to resolve guest’s issues and provide a positive customer experience.
- Collecting Guest Feedback: Responsible person should collect guest feedback regarding overall service and food during operation time both offline and online.
- Good Presenter: Demonstrate strong presentation skills and the ability to present effectively in various settings.
- Social media Live: Conduct live sessions on social media platforms as part of promotional or engagement activities.
- Corporate Team Visit: Participate in occasional corporate visits with the team as required.
