Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Professionally handle all incoming calls and inquiries related to reservations, general information, and guest feedback.
∎ Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
∎ Efficiently manage the reservation system, ensuring accurate recording of bookings and maintaining an organized schedule.
∎ Collaborate with the restaurant staff to optimize table turnover and seating arrangements.
∎ Build positive relationships with guests by providing exceptional customer service.
∎ Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and diplomatically, seeking appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
∎ Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions to effectively assist guests with their inquiries.
∎ Provide detailed information about the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations.
∎ Act as a liaison between guests and restaurant management, conveying feedback, concerns, and special requests.
∎ Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
∎ Proactively seek feedback from guests and record their comments and suggestions.
∎ Summarize and report guest feedback to management to continually improve service quality.
∎ Identify opportunities to upsell menu items or promote special promotions to enhance the overall guest experience.
∎ Provide information on loyalty programs and encourage guest participation.
∎ Conduct follow-up calls with guests to gather additional feedback and ensure satisfaction after their dining experience.
∎ Address any outstanding issues or concerns raised during the follow-up process.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, customer service best practices, and restaurant policies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest interactions, and feedback.
∎ Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and service performance as needed by management.
∎ Uphold a high level of professionalism and adhere to the restaurant's standards of service.
∎ Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
