Responsibilities & Context:

As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
∎ 1. Recruitment and Selection:
∎ a. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
∎ b. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
∎ c. Oversee the onboarding process to integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.
∎ 2. Training and Development:
∎ a. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
∎ b. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
∎ 3. Employee Relations:
∎ a. Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and employee grievances.
∎ b. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
∎ 4. Performance Management:
∎ a. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee productivity.
∎ b. Provide constructive feedback and support professional development.
∎ 5. Compliance and Legal:
∎ a. Stay abreast of labor laws and ensure the company's compliance.
∎ b. Handle legal matters related to HR and maintain accurate records.
