∎ • Experience in successfully managing HR functions for a large workforce (100+ employees).
∎ • Demonstrated ability to implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
∎ • Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the service industry.
∎ • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
∎ • Proven experience of at least 5 years in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality or
∎ • restaurant industry.
∎ • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
∎ • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our prestigious rooftop restaurant in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
∎ 1. Recruitment and Selection:
∎ a. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
∎ b. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
∎ c. Oversee the onboarding process to integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.
∎ 2. Training and Development:
∎ a. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
∎ b. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
∎ 3. Employee Relations:
∎ a. Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and employee grievances.
∎ b. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
∎ 4. Performance Management:
∎ a. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee productivity.
∎ b. Provide constructive feedback and support professional development.
∎ 5. Compliance and Legal:
∎ a. Stay abreast of labor laws and ensure the company's compliance.
∎ b. Handle legal matters related to HR and maintain accurate records.
∎ 6. Employee Engagement:
∎ a. Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
∎ b. Organize team-building activities to foster a sense of unity and camaraderie.
