∎ BBA /MBA / Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objectives:
∎ To achieve the desired volume of business per the goal set in accordance to hotel's overall budgeted revenue (Banquet)
∎ Main Duties & Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes and maintain files on major active accounts within his/her market areas
∎ Promotes and produce catering and event and Wedding for the hotel plus entertainment to the productive and potential accounts with the aim to generate catering and event revenues and business to his/her responsible segments
∎ With the assistance of the office supporting staff to keep and maintain the hotel data base in the most efficient and effective manner
∎ Completes Weekly Sales Call Plan and Weekly Sales Call Report and 14 days forecast and 3 months forecast report and book B report
∎ To maintain an up-to-date record of all accounts profile in the system
∎ Provides feedbacks to the Director of Sales & Marketing on changing market conditions, including trends in the competitors, as a result of catering, event Wedding sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas
∎ Arranges familiarization/ site inspection trips to hotels by major clients
∎ Disseminates catering , event and wedding related information to other departments as appropriate
∎ Participates in weekly Banquet Event Order Meeting (Operation Meeting)
∎ Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through catering and event Wedding sales solicitations, telephone, fax, email contacts written communications
∎ Handles all pre/post conference meeting as per area of account which is responding.
∎ Be responsible for successful handling of all groups which involve 10 or more guest rooms. Ensure efficient coordination and communication of clients' need and expectation of the department concerned including group action plan and issuing banquet event order and taking care until end of function with sending thank you letter and questionnaire
∎ Handles Group Non Residential Meeting which comes from Local & Overseas to negotiation process and follow up the details of event to issue the Banquet event order with taking care and greet the customer during the function and Thank you letter together with questionnaire
∎ Handles for all Wedding function including update the Wedding Thailand and Wedding Banner
∎ To achieve the Catering, event, and Wedding budget as set forth in the Marketing Plan,
∎ Strive to keep cost within budget, and to actively conserve both cost and environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous working experience in Sales & Banquet Sales with Hotels will be given priority.
∎ Very good commands of both spoken and written in English.
∎ Initiative, hardworking, ability work under pressure, honest with good management.
∎ Knowledge about MS Office, Internet, Fax, Copy Machine, Opera.
