∎ Implementing quality standards: Ensure that the company's quality standards are met for raw materials and products
∎ Inspecting products: Verify that products meet internal and external regulatory requirements
∎ Reading blueprints and specifications: Ensure that production standards are being met
∎ Monitoring production processes: Ensure that production processes meet minimum standards
∎ Documenting quality data: Track the progress of the organization's quality control efforts
∎ Investigating and resolving customer complaints: Respond to customer complaints related to quality
∎ Creating quality control procedures: Create quality control procedures for various departments
∎ Collaborating with quality auditors and product designers: Modify the product or process to improve quality standards
∎ Auditing production and inventory records: Measure operational efficiency
∎ Monitoring quality control metrics: Report results to the relevant stakeholders
