Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University. Educational qualification may relaxed to Graduate level in case of having good expertise in relevant area.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Quality Assurance & manage the QA team for better output.
∎ Ensure that buyer's specifications are properly understood.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's standard.
∎ Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Ensure that the QMS satisfies the buyer.
∎ Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to identify customer's needs.
∎ Look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectation of the customers.
∎ Ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
∎ Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
∎ Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of modern and updated production management techniques.
∎ At least 8 to 15 year experience in the field of Quality Assurance in reputed large scale Garments Industry including 5-6 years experience in Managerial position.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
