∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong knowledge about making plan for daily cutting, based on line plan & availability of the fabric.
∎ Making plan of input & assure continuous flow in the line.
∎ To ensure cutting of the fabric is as per customer specifications and identification of cut panels to facilitate sewing of garments.
∎ Ensure the cutting procedures and standards stated in the cutting agreement
∎ Discuss other department on daily basis regarding fabric requirement
∎ Monitor and ensure all quality parameters like consistent color and GSM of the cut panels which are going in the sewing line
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section and monitor cutting production
∎ Monitor and ensure a strong vigilance against mix-up of good quality fabrics with wastages
∎ Ensure cost minimization by applying all technique to minimize wastage and reduce extra hour work
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Compliance by maintaining a clean and tidy floor
∎ Handle other responsibilities and projects, as assigned from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience of cutting process of knit fabrics
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on modern cutting machinery/ equipment and garments manufacturing
