Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing overall ceramic mold & sanitary mold, chemical & spares parts sales operations.
∎ Leading and monitoring Sale-Forces, analysis Sales-Forces day-to-day work, guidance and evaluation their monthly sales performance. /Area Sales Manager should regularly visit targeted number of ceramic factories and building rapport and establishing long term relationships.
∎ Implementation of questioning skill to explore customer needs, and composing a sales strategy with hearing clients demand.
∎ Ceramic factory visits, new client hunts and creating marketing opportunities for the company.
∎ Corporate sales, payment collection and prepare delivery schedule and consumer feedback analysis.
∎ Visiting different ceramic factories and look after the after sales service & problems and explain the problems to the technical manager to rectify and complete the sales.
∎ Developing new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients, building and strengthening relationships and continuing proactively to engage with clients,
∎ Co-coordinating and managing all marketing related and building strong communications with all relevant departments & client support.
∎ Communicating with the Chinese Liaison office regarding product sourcing and technical issues.
∎ Executing all sales activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Preparing report as required by management.
∎ Undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
