Computer Skill requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
To Responsible for Resort Operations in a Professional Manner.
To Overall Management of the resort.
To capable to arrange & control a large range / various type of Party.
To Monitor, Follow up & Administer the Staff.
To deal with the Customer in a Professional Manner.
To Co-ordinate with all Department of the Resort/Hotel/Restaurant as well as with the Management.
To Monitor Food Goods Purchase & to Have Vast Knowledge in Such Purchase.
To Prepare the Menu Price & Food Cost.
To Keep an Eye to Monitor & Follow up for Sound & Hygiene Environment in Both the Kitchen & the Resort.
To Prepare Various Report Periodically Resort Related Purchase, Sales etc. Report and Submit to the Authority.
To have Adequate Knowledge to Operate the Computer if required.
To have Adequate Knowledge about the sales strategy to promote the Resort sales activities.
To have Adequate Knowledge about the Branding, Marketing, Digital marketing, activity based on digital media to promote the sales (Facebook).
To have Adequate Knowledge about the reception management
To have Adequate Knowledge about the Resort, Picnic & Shooting Spot, roof top restaurant, Banquet Hall, Party center operation plan.
To control the operational cost and identify measures to cut waste.
To train the new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Overall responsible for the sales volume of property.
