Job Context:
∎ 1. SAP FICO - General Ledger
∎ 2. SAP FICO - Budget & Controlling
∎ 3. SAP FICO - Accounts Receivable
∎ 4. SAP FICO - Fixed Assets
∎ 5. SAP FICO - Finance & Treasury
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. SAP FICO - General Ledger
∎ - Works with the business to identify and translate business needs into functional/ technical requirements.
∎ - Performs configuration tasks within the FICO modules - AP, AR, GL, AA, CO, PC, CO-PA and all integration points from FICO to other SAP modules SD, MM, PM. Collaborates with SAP Developers on system enhancements.
∎ - Defining functional requirements and reviewing/ approving technical designs.
∎ - Requirement analysis , development change requirements, resource and scope, functional specifications, configuration, multiple phases of testing, training, team development.
∎ 2. SAP FICO - Budget & Controlling
∎ - Control all the financial intuitional loans, investments, interest income, expenses.
∎ - Periodically reconciliation of all activities of all transactions
∎ - Control all the master data approval for creation, setting, enhancement
∎ - Lead departmental budget formulation, execution, monitoring, analysis & reporting activities.
∎ 3. SAP FICO - Accounts Receivable
∎ - Ensure P2P, O2C business process run by business user without interruption
∎ - Confirm PO condition for generating all the expenses/ inventory invoices.
∎ - All invoices processed are approved as per the Authority Matrix & confirm the VAT, TDS, VDS
∎ - Reconciliation for GR/IR, paid, unpaid invoice, vendor balance reconciliation
∎ 4. SAP FICO - Fixed Assets
∎ - Create & monitor a system of controls, procedures & forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
∎ - Recommend to management any updates to accounting related policies related to fixed assets
∎ - Control master data, variation for creation of master data in system
∎ - Record fixed asset acquisition, movement & dispositions in the accounting system
∎ 5. SAP FICO - Finance & Treasury
∎ - Configure and support electronic bank statements in different file formats
∎ - Create and maintain bank master and house banks.
∎ - Basic understanding of the interface between SAP and non-SAP system.
∎ - Support bank statement post-processing functionalities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Formal Root Cause Analysis Training and experience are highly desirable.
∎ Experience in a wide variety of IT disciplines, including networking, servers, storage, data management, operations, and disaster recovery.
∎ At least 3 years IT experience in an enterprise environment.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS implementation.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in SAP operation support.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systems.
∎ Ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Ability to interact with individuals at all levels within an organization.
∎ Experiences in system implementation and/or system development projects are benefits.
