∎ Age 38 to 46 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Find the sources for materials & machineries.
∎ Communicate with exporters from different countries.
∎ Must be updated on latest import policy, Customs Bond rules & regulations.
∎ Adequate knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C clauses, Import consignment clearing process.
∎ Prepare Handle and Follow-up all type of import L/C, TT and Manage end-to end import process.
∎ Endorse shipping documents from Bank and timely handover to C&F agent.
∎ Check and verify import documents, track vessel schedule, IGM, UP, UD and other delegates.
∎ To collect Insurance Cover note and respective policy on time.Ensure all logistic activities related to import.
∎ Coordinate with Supplier, Bank , Shipping Line, Freight Forwarder , C&F agent , insurance company and to ensure timely release import consignment and in-house of raw materials.
∎ Collect Bill of entry from
∎ Agent and submit to Bank on time.
∎ To check C&F Bill and settlement on time.
∎ To follow up import payment schedule as per L/C terms.
∎ Maintain detailed report/statement of import L/C, maintain & organize relevant import documents·
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
