Responsibilities & Context
General Administration & Office Management
Oversee the overall factory administration, including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and office maintenance.
Ensure proper maintenance of factory premises, utilities, equipment, and assets.
Monitor administrative cost control, budgeting, and ensure optimum use of company resources.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene across all factory departments.
Security & Safety
Supervise security personnel, shift scheduling, and ensure 24/7 security vigilance of the factory.
Ensure fire safety preparedness by arranging fire drills, safety training, and compliance with safety audits.
Liaise with local law enforcement and security agencies in case of emergencies.
Compliance & Legal Affairs
Ensure factory administration aligns with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyers’ compliance requirements, and government regulations.
Prepare and maintain all documentation related to licenses, factory certifications, trade licenses, fire & safety, and other legal permits.
Handle administrative part of social, technical, and compliance audits smoothly.
Transport & Logistics
Manage transportation facilities for employees, ensuring route planning, vehicle scheduling, fuel control, and maintenance.
Monitor driver performance, vehicle logbooks, and ensure compliance with company transport policy.
Employee Services & Support
Ensure canteen/cafeteria services (food, hygiene, and cost management).
Supervise medical and first-aid facilities in the factory and support health & safety initiatives.
Handle employee grievances related to admin services and resolve issues promptly.
Coordination & Liaison
Liaise with local authorities, government bodies, and community representatives for smooth administrative operations.
Maintain effective communication with HR, Compliance, Production, and Utility departments. Team Management
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of admin staff, security teams, and support personnel.
Expatriates management and BIDA , NSI , DSB, DGFI, SB communication
Airport Protocols, Buyers, Guests and visitors receptions,
