Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree / MBA / BBA from any reputed institution
∎ Training / Trade Course: Compliance, Admin, HR & Labor Law
∎ Candidates having diploma in Social Compliance from any reported institute will be given Priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006 as amended in 2015, Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law-2003 and ILO Convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ Ability to conduct OCS & RCS audits.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA/BKMEA, ACCORD/RCS, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Capable to deal with all other HR, Admin and compliance related matters.
∎ To monitor training /awareness on regular basis.
∎ Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives i.e. water saving, energy saving, waste management, etc.
∎ Assist to develop and sustain ACCORD standards.
∎ Assist forming HR rules/ policies and implement the same
∎ Responsible to run the overall operation of the company with an emphasis to implement the policy and strategic programs relating to administration, HR and other issues
∎ Developed and implement an annual agenda for Admin & HR strategy.
∎ Responsible to provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references etc.
∎ Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads.
∎ Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods
∎ Co-ordinate recruitment through management and recruitment team/Admin & HR team.
∎ Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary
∎ Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
∎ Coordinate with Board of Directors, Chairman, Managing Director, Directors for the development and implementation of day by day operation and all strategic programs
∎ Conducted PC Meeting, Safety Committee meeting regularly basis.
∎ To face the audit independently by various buyers audit firms.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ Knowledge of management, supervisory, leadership methods and principles.
∎ Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department.
∎ Relevant computer software applications knowledge.
∎ Ability to speak, write and read the English language.
