Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Finance (CA course completed is preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of financial reports - Receipts and Payments, Statement of Income and Expenditure and Cash Flow Statement etc.;
∎ Supervise project Accountants at local level for preparation of Project Financial Reporting;
∎ Preparation of budgets for new Project Proposal with real data/ information;
∎ Time to time visit different field to monitor the record keeping in the field accounts offices;
∎ Facilitate the auditors (internal and external ) with financial and relevant information;
∎ Facilitate the visitors/donors at their visit to Rangpur and Field for progress monitoring;
∎ Ensure the financial data posting in the software on time;
∎ Other tasks assigned by her/his Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years experience in the relevant field in any reputed NGO;
∎ Experience working with an ERP system;
∎ Advanced proficiency in Excel as well as experience working in a financial IT system;
∎ Full professional proficiency in English;
∎ Knowledge on Financial Reporting, Payroll Management, Account reconciliation, Donor reporting, Advance Management, External/internal audit, Budgeting and variance analysis, Tax Management, Legal and IT issues, Internal controls, Team Management and supervision.
Salary: Tk. 50959 - 62761 (Monthly)

RDRS was formally established as the Bangladesh field program of the Geneva-based Lutheran World Federation/Department for World Service (LWF/DWS) on 8 February 1972. With this aim, RDRS enables those who participate in its program to gain the necessary skills, understanding, confidence, institutions and services; and ensure that the rural communities have the necessary economic, social and environmental resources. RDRS employees approximate 3,700 staff and works with a further approximately 1,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
