Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts/ Finance.
∎ M.Com/ MBA major in Accounting with Chartered Accountancy Course Completed (CA).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Manager Accounts will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial & accounting standing of the company. The ideal candidate will help to execute financial accounting strategies and policies, and provide assistance to the supervisor to make standard strategies and policies.
∎ Compile the monthly accounts and present the consolidated financial reports on a regular basis
∎ Responsible for budgetary planning and control, cost management and financial feasibility analysis internal finance, audit and accounting as well as providing accurate and timely financial reports.
∎ Arrange and monitor the short- & long-term Bank Loans and maintain liaison with Bank & other financial institutions for smooth operation of fund management
∎ Monitor the Tax & VAT related matters and maintain liaison with Tax & VAT authorities for settlement of related issues and also ensure compliance with laws. Act as an adviser to management in taking decision on Bank, Tax, Regulatory matters.
∎ File company's annual tax return. Reconcile and organize company's tax legacy, litigation, claims, counter claims to fully update the corporate tax status of the company within a reasonable time by ensuring proper tax benefit plan & other tax compliance of the company.
∎ Review monthly sales target vs. achievement
∎ Implement rules & regulations among employees regarding financial Matters
∎ Prepare accounts independently along with checking of bills and preparation of vouchers
∎ Provide periodic financial reports/records, designing and preparing a set of comprehensive budget and budgetary control system.
∎ Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
∎ Manage the production of annual budgets and forecast.
∎ Ensure managing office accounts efficiently.
∎ All Other Accounting & Finance Related Work as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill;
∎ Should have strong leadership capability;
∎ Proven track record of managing large amount of financial turnover
∎ Willingness to work in a team proactively and individually.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to change.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.
