∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the day to day operation of Accounts Department.
∎ Preparation of knitting & dyeing section wise profit & loss accounts.
∎ Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements of a textiles and garments industry.
∎ Ensure the Parameter of Dyeing & knitting Process.
∎ Check, confirm and report on the daily production report & efficiency.
∎ Control and report on the daily and monthly activities and total activities of chain store management.
∎ Check, confirm and report on the activities of the production department and to ensure an expectable pre-order and post order costing & budgeting.
∎ Maintain proper cost records and determine material cost, labor cost, factory overhead, and Work in Process.
∎ Team management, supervising and controlling all related works of Accounts Department, mainly with regard to knitting & dyeing business segment.
∎ Cost sheet analysis with actual cost and to take corrective action accordingly.
∎ Supervises fixed assets, inventories, receivable, payable and general accounting function.
∎ Slow moving and non-moving inventory shall be identified, controlled and reported to take appropriate action of liquidation.
∎ Ensure effective internal control and financial management in all areas of operation.
∎ Report at regular intervals to the General Manager - Accounts of the Group.
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the Management
