Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to factory accounts.
∎ Should have competency on computer-based accounting system “Tally” & advanced knowledge in Excel and ensure transactions are properly recorded in to software in a timely manner.
∎ Checking of suppliers and vendors bill, maintain proper ledger and arrange payment systematically.
∎ Salary and Wages sheet check, verification & Finalization.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
