Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s in Business Administration with major in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
∎ Visiting potential customers for new business.
∎ Representing our Channel to client.
∎ Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
∎ Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with rate proposals.
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
∎ Negotiating on price, costs, broad casting and specifications with buyers and managers.
∎ Maintain liaison with Traffic, PCR and MCR to ensure schedule wise broadcasting.
∎ Maintain liaison with Finance & Accounts Division regarding billing issue.
∎ Maintain liaison with Collection Team of our Channel & with Client to ensure payment.
∎ Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
∎ Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable, and relevant to job and legal also.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Leadership Skill.
∎ The ability and desire to sell.
∎ Effective written and oral communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong commercial awareness.
∎ A confident and determined approach.
∎ Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
∎ A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
∎ The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office (word, power point, excel, outlook etc.).
∎ Presentation skill.
∎ Ability to meet deadline.
∎ Digital Marketing/ Sales experience is preferred.
