∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dairy, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure general management of the Farm with the help of the team members.
∎ Maintain relationship with the different types of suppliers.
∎ Maintain relationship with the Agents, motivate them and ensure increasing sales.
∎ Monitor and ensure hygiene condition of the farm with the help of the team members.
∎ Maintain relationship with the veterinarians and ensure good health of the cattle with the help of the team members.
∎ Ensure discipline among the team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-motivated to persuade responsibilities
∎ At least 2 years' experience in agent based marketing.
∎ Having hands on experience in executing marketing campaign.
∎ Must have own motorbike with valid registration and driving license.

Salary: Negotiable
