Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates having education related to veterinary will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Candate have must able to Bangla Typing, Computer literacy

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Cattle farming, Staff Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dairy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Manager shall oversee cattle rearing, milk production and packaging, milk and milk product distribution, marketing, and client management.
∎ Managing the farm yard according to proper hygiene standard, arrange sewer and garbage disposal, and ensure the cleanliness of all milking related equipment and apparatuses, fodder, grass.
∎ Shall maintain a stock of milk and milk products and ensure supply chain management
∎ Shall maintain effective communication to the clientele, redress their grievances and take effective campaign to increase business by catering new clients.
∎ Shall maintain proper books of accounting according to the guideline of the accountants and auditors and maintain all banking activities regularly as directed by the Director/s of the farm.
∎ Shall look after all general and routine activities of all personnel/ staff of the farm and report to the Directors periodically.
∎ Shall prepare Meeting Agenda at least a day prior of each weekly, biweekly, monthly and/ or any extraordinary meetings. Shall prepare relevant documents for the meetings in prior and record the recommendations of each meeting and implement in guidance of the Directors.
∎ Shall perform periodic market research and advise the Directors on findings.
∎ Shall plan short term and long-term business tactics and strategy.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must possesses proven experience of managing low literate staffs and communicating clients.

Salary: Negotiable
