∎ MBA/MBM/Masters degree with 4 years Honors in any discipline from any public or private university approved by UGC
∎ B.Sc Engineering from any public or private university approved by UGC
∎ CGPA3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent in Graduation & Post Graduation. GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels or minimum B in O & A levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient Computer operating skills especially in MS Office platforms
∎ Effective written & Verbal communication skill in both Bengali and English
∎ Courageous to work in anywhere in the country
∎ Age not over 30 years as of January 31, 2021
Salary:
∎ Management Trainee/ Probationary Officer will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk 50,000/- to Tk 40,000/-along with other admissible benefits within rules
