∎ Job Purpose: To lead the Merchant Banking with 9,9 Leadership
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven Track record on Strategic Contribution i.e. Strategic Decision Making, Fast change & Market Driven Connectivity etc.
∎ Minimum 15 (fifteen) years' work experience in the relevant field. Minimum 05 Years as Deputy CEO or 03 Years as CEO
∎ Age: Maximum 50 years. Age limit may be relaxed for the deserving candidate
∎ Conceptual Skill, Human Skill and Technical Skill to be proportionately aligned for sound leadership
∎ Expertise on Investment products and Portfolio Management
∎ Sound Knowledge on Technical & Fundamental Analysis of Securities
∎ Market driven track record on Issue Management
∎ Driving sustainable growth, monitoring market dynamics and making investment decision based on market insights
