Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ Initially will be given theoretical and on job training for 03 to 06 months.
∎ After successful completion of training will be posted in different departments depending on their training result and attitude.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive training and perform duties in different departments, such as; Production (Garments), Quality, IE etc.
∎ Learns line and staff functions, operations, management view points, company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
∎ Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
∎ Observe experience of workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
∎ Receive training in functions and operations and operations of related departments and to facilitate subsequent transfer ability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly increment depending on performance.
