Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is looking for `Management Trainee` to work in attachment in the following field:
∎ Internal Audit / Accounts / Monitoring & Evaluation
∎ Area Manager / Branch Manager / Microfinance Organizer in the field level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to prepare narrative and numerical reports;
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali language (spoken and written);
∎ Willingly to travel frequently;

Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)

RDRS employees approximate 3,700 staff and works with a further approximately 1,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
