Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Marketing Manager to plan strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to ensure strong brand presence in the market for all RDL products
∎ Assist Marketing Manager to Plan brand promise, brand vision, brand position, brand architecture and achieves overall business goals for the brand proposition
∎ Assist HSM in preparing annual business plan for the brands
∎ Market visit with sales team to develop understanding of our trade partners and build relationship with the sales team
∎ Assist Marketing Manager to conduct product training for sales and marketing team
∎ Ensures trade marketing through merchandizing, visibility of the brands at all POS
∎ Manage digital marketing related campaigns in social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
∎ Effectively plan & implementation of 7Ps of marketing
∎ Assist in new products introducing according to market potential
∎ Coordinate and drive marketing activities
∎ Take new initiatives to generate more sale for RA business and drive IPS Customer Service team to achieve targeted AMC Sale and Volume
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate up and across the organization - working with senior staff members and front-line employees
∎ Can-do attitude with the ability to prioritize and focus
∎ Work under stress
