Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering/AMT/Textile from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & evaluate operation as per SOP.
∎ Identify SOP related gap, low efficiency areas and wastage & suggest for necessary resolution
∎ Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency
∎ Assist in load and capacity planning using IE tools and techniques
∎ Check pilot run & identify the critical areas
∎ Assist in identifying efficiency & utilization of manpower and machine
∎ Assist in finding individual capacity, capability, efficiency & analyze related reports & adding valuable feedback
∎ Assist in Identifying & eliminating Non Value Adding (NAV) operations by value stream mapping for selected areas

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication & presentation skill.
∎ Self driven & willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Good Knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Development mindset
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
