B.Sc. in Footwear Engineering from University of Dhaka

• Applicants should have positive mindset with CAN DO ATTITUDE.

• Energetic, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Good communication skills both in Bangla and English.

• Candidates should have basic computer skills especially in MS Office packages.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Candidate with expertise on auto CAD drawing and design will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Newly recruited Management Trainee officer(s) has to go through an extensive training program.

• Assist in day-to-day operations in production, development and quality control.

• Participate in process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Support production planning, material management and efficiency monitoring.

• Learn and implement modern footwear manufacturing techniques.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the superior.

• After successfully completion of training program individual personnel will allocate for a particular job responsibilities and Department.
