Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA & MBA in Marketing from reputed universities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term
∎ Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
∎ Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
∎ Stay updated on market trends and competitors activity
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
∎ Creating and managing promotional brand message to establish and maintain product branding
∎ Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis
∎ Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Creative thinker and problem solver
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
∎ Clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
