Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Very good academic track record in any Tertiary Degree in Textiles, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Designing, Business Administration
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Capable to communicate in English, Graphics Designing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successfully complete the Management Trainee Scheme which is conditional upon:
∎ • Attending different assignments for a block of four months with real job objectives.
∎ • Completing such blocks in different areas/discipline.
∎ • Successful completion of each blocks assignment as measured by a formal performance appraisal against the established performance criteria for the block.
∎ • Showing demonstrated development against the real job experience.
∎ • Becoming the group marketing and merchandising pioneer by supporting the objectives and principles of the Scheme.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Design and visualizing skills, either by hand or through Computer.
∎ Computer skill -Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Graphics design.
∎ Strong communication skill. Must be fluent in English.
∎ Good analytical skill.
∎ Good behavioral competencies.
Salary:
∎ During the trainee period, an attractive consolidated amount will be given as per the scheme. An attractive pay rise will be given after successful completing each blocks.

∎ This will be a fast track career path and will be given all the attractive benefits that of a position where the trainee will be placed after successful completion of the scheme of one year. Besides, there will be group other benefit applicable throughout the scheme period
