Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE) or Mechanical Engineering from reputed public/private university (preferably from BUET)

The Management Trainee is expected to be energetic, result oriented intellect who will lead changes by being curious, incisive and courageous in everything they do to contribute in the development of the organization. ∎ Work Location: Factory office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to implement operational excellence road map across the factory, assists in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ Assist to ensure that equipment and machinery are maintained and properly functioning to prevent downtime and delays in production.
∎ Assist to take initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation in the factory by ensuring proper raw material consumption.
∎ Assist to develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and engineering, to ensure effective cross-functional communication and coordination.
∎ Carry on any other task / duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills, are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
