• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age At least 25 years

• Strong understanding of fabric structures, knitting machines, and yarn properties;

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic production reporting;

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities;

• Willingness to work in shifts and in a factory environment.Eager to learn and grow within the organization.

The Management Trainee (MTO) will assist in the overall operations of the Fabric Knitting Department, gaining hands-on experience in production processes, machine operation, quality control, and workflow management. The role aims to groom fresh graduates into future leaders in textile production management by exposing them to practical, technical, and managerial aspects of fabric knitting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and monitoring daily knitting production schedules to meet order requirements.
• Support the senior officers in machine allocation, yarn feeding, and shift management.
• Learn and monitor fabric parameters (GSM, diameter, stitch length, etc.) to ensure production as per buyer specifications.
• Observe and assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of knitting machines.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to identify and resolve knitting defects (e.g., holes, stripes, oil marks, drop stitches).
• Maintain daily production reports, downtime logs, and raw material consumption records.
• Coordinate with Dyeing, Finishing, and Merchandising departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards of the factory.
• Participate in training sessions on production efficiency, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives within the knitting department.
