Education:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Candidate who have completed PGD on Social Compliance from BIM will be highly preferable.
∎ University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,University of Chittagong students will get preference
∎ Candidate who have completed PGD on Social Compliance from BIM will be highly preferable.

∎ Presentable, target oriented, good communicator, willing to develop career in garments industry and self-confident.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Look after the compliance issues in line with Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015 and also other govt. regulation bodies as well. Implement Code of Conduct (COC) provided by the buyers. Carry out regular compliance audit & put up recommendation, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Confirm the compliance and buyer audit issues to ensure the satisfaction of potential buyers.
∎ Provide compliance training, Fire Drill training/Chemical training/PPE training, etc. to the concern employee as and when required for compliance issues.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ To implement corrective action plan (CAP) as per findings/observations/recommendation of concerned audit and submit the CAP to the management.
∎ To scrutinize the different registers that are maintained in the factory, are as per Buyers COC as well as Labor Laws.
∎ Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance must ensure that factory is maintaining compliance issues at all times.
∎ To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.
∎ To identify chemical related all issues with ETP management and solve as per buyer requirement.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
