Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline
∎ Strong Academic Background

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid etc.
∎ Assist to counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline;
∎ Assist to counsel the absentee workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism;
∎ Make the worker aware in relation to their reports & privilege, employment rules, terms & conditions
∎ Assist to collect the employee's grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis.
∎ Assist in grievance Handling procedure & counseling of workers.
∎ Assist to maintain required MIS on welfare management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good command in English both speaking & writing.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong English written and oral communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
