∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Act as the single point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners;
∎ Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
∎ Managing diaries, organizing meetings, events, and appointments, and booking and arranging travel.
∎ Attend meetings and do the necessary presentation on behalf of management as and when required.
∎ Take minutes during meetings and distribute it to the concerned.
∎ Reminding the management of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the management, helping him manage and prioritize his valuable time.
∎ Maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
∎ Handling requests and queries appropriately.
∎ Ensure guests meeting with the management are well taken care of.
∎ Managing databases and filing systems.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.
