• Experience: Minimum 7 years in maintenance, utilities, or facility management.

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, safety rules, BNBC, Boiler Guidelines, and RSC compliance standards.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Utility Manager to keep our factory running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will lead our maintenance team, ensure all machines and utilities run without interruption, and maintain compliance with all safety and legal standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Make sure all factory machines, utilities, and facilities run without interruption.

• Plan and carry out preventive and emergency maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and civil systems.

• Ensure RSC compliance (Fire, Electrical, Structural & Boiler) and follow BNBC building & structural safety rules.

• Supervise and control all civil works, repairs, and renovations.

• Manage maintenance budgets and reduce costs without compromising quality.

• Prepare and update SOPs for all maintenance activities.

• Lead, train, and guide the maintenance & utility team for best performance.

• Monitor and improve energy, water, and waste efficiency.

• Keep all technical documentation, SLD drawings, and maintenance records updated.

• Work with HR, Production, Compliance, and Finance teams for smooth operations.

• Manage vendors, contractors, and service quality.

• Support sustainability targets such as HIGG FEM, FSLM compliance, and environmental standards.

• Drive digital tools for better reporting, monitoring, and traceability.
