Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, Implement, maintain and improve electrical/instruments, equipment, facilities and components, products, SOP and systems.
∎ Discuss, observing existing strategies and techniques and coordinate manufacturing, installation, fault finding, investigation, repair & Modification and testing activates to ensure compliance with specifications, safety codes, firefighting, health & safety equipment's for improvement and submitting to all forms of evaluation during the erection and commissioning period.
∎ Prepare specifications for purchase of material and equipment.
∎ Installation, Operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment's are installed and functioning according to specifications and SOP's.
∎ Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of all mechanical equipment including Generator, Boiler, Compressor, different types of pump etc.
∎ Prepare Electrical/IPE reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information as per trends.
∎ To monitor both routine and preventive maintenance functions of equipment and machineries.
∎ To communicate regularly with all maintenance Team, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
∎ Train, evaluate and support others in SMT, THT and conformal coating standards and identify best practices
∎ Implement and verify engineering changes, update all documentation, software, etc
∎ Install, repair, relocate and/or troubleshoot equipment at component level
∎ Equipment installation, relocation and interface with customer support to resolve equipment issues and down time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Auto CAD drawing.
∎ Knowledge on 2D & 3D mechanical drawing.
∎ Must have experience in maintenance & utility in any Garment's industry
∎ Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
∎ Knowledge on overall electrical distribution board design
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills
