Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Machine Operators: Assist machine operators in setting up and operating machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
∎ Material Handling: Manage and transport raw materials, finished products, and other items as needed to support production.
∎ Maintenance Assistance: Help with routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating machines, to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Quality Control: Conduct preliminary quality checks on products to identify any defects or issues before they proceed to the next stage.
∎ Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
∎ Documentation: Keep accurate records of production activities, machine performance, and maintenance tasks.
∎ Communication: Collaborate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and address any issues promptly.
∎ Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to machine operation and maintenance.
