∎ Masters in Any Subject

Job Context:
∎ To carryout monitoring, supervision and evaluation of the progress and results of the project so that it achieves its objectives.
∎ Report To : Program Director, Film 4 Peace Foundation
∎ Who you directly supervise : Program Officer-02
∎ Who you do not directly supervise, but are supervised by your direct reports : Finance and Admin Officer-01, Office Assistant-01, Night Guard-01

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides technical and practical inputs to design an effective monitoring and evaluation systems within the project and assist in its implementation.
∎ Assists in identifying and designing the key indicators for monitoring and evaluation, to record and report progress.
∎ Assist in developing participatory monitoring and evaluation tool and guidelines for the project.
∎ Develops and maintains databases, data entry template and data analysis framework.
∎ Develops monitoring methods, techniques, tools and guidelines for information collection.
∎ Ensure data entry, cleaning of the m&e data and support the project staff to perform logical checks of the collected information.
∎ Ensure m&e data collection from the upazillas, validation and compilation as per project requirement..
∎ Assist project coordinator to share m&e reports, learning and key messages with staffs and other.

Additional Requirements:
∎ KNOWLEDGE
∎ Knowledge on LFA and project implementation
∎ Have good understanding on M & E tools, data entry system; Advocacy and Social Communication
∎ Monitoring, Evaluation and Knowledge Management
∎ Understanding about projects Management & Leadership
∎ SKILLS:
∎ Designing key indicators and Data entry in the M & E Template
∎ Effective communication, report writing and presentation
∎ Problem solving, conflict resolution and leadership
∎ Multi task handling
∎ Team work and team building.
