Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description

  1. Implement strategies to manage lower churn, increase high value base and revenue among Banglalink customer base by increasing customer engagement through different loyalty-based campaigns
  2. Monitor key KPIs and collect constant feedback through internal and external research / FGDs for effective planning and perform periodic reviews to gauge effectiveness
  3. Design and implement segment specific point-based programs and campaigns to ensure customer engagement and maintain churn rate within target
  4. Identify new tools and modifications to existing tools to support new requirements by interacting with various cross functional teams, external vendors and build team capabilities
  5. Review proposals from partnership agencies for new loyalty partners, evaluate the feasibility, market rapport and benefits to be gained from proposed partners
  6. Support Procurement to negotiate and purchase gift packs from other companies
  7. Ensure gift items’ timely delivery to the retailers’ and partners’ store
  8. Manage & monitor partnership agency for smooth operations
  9. Generating customer insights based on data analysis and identifying new revenue opportunities, Managing reporting & analytics for the organization and supporting decision making by generation of Regular Analysis
  10. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  11. Formulate customer segmentation, offer logic, communication channel strategy based on offer affinity, profitability, spending capacity and customer profile
  12. Develop and Maintain control group (UCG & CCG) for campaigns to measure performance of BTL campaigns
  13. Segmenting subscribers for better understanding and targeting; Ensure Contact policy and BTL broadcast rules development and execution for customers
