Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE/IT, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in CSE/IT, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE/IT
∎ Graduation in CSE or Equivalent
∎ Educational qualification may relax for experienced candidate
∎ A foreign degree will be a plus
∎ Any of the following certification will be a plus:
∎ CSPO, A-CSPO (scrumalliance.org) /
∎ PSPO I, PSPO II (scrum.org)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgeting, finacial, Funding, Project Manager(Software), Software Architect, Software Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities by working with Senior Leadership and as per company objectives. Own the product roadmap from initiation to release.
∎ Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
∎ Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
∎ Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product, ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
∎ Assess value, develop cases, and convert them into prioritize epics, stories and tasks in JIRA with detailed functional requirements to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
∎ Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
∎ Work closely with Tech Lead/Architect, and business to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
∎ Lead in developing product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
∎ Provide an active role in mitigating impediments, take ownership of team, manage, and monitor them in order to impact on successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
∎ Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product, know the numbers for your product and market trends by following industry,
∎ Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

Additional Requirements:

∎ Should have experience on Finance funding, Budgeting and user Survey
∎ Proven ability to make things happen smart and hard worker
∎ Excellent knowledge of the new technology trends and its applications for innovation in the marketplace
∎ Proven experience of a test and measure approach to iterating on product improvements. Previously launched features that had a business impact
∎ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, creating thinker with a vision
∎ Experience with Web, native Windows & Mac products, experience of Mobile app development will be a plus
∎ Communication skills to clearly articulate and evangelize decisions
∎ Previous experience in software engineering, software support or product design
∎ Experience working in an agile development environment
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills
∎ Previous working experience as a Product Owner / Manager for at least three (3) year(s) will have an added advantage
