• Minimum 1 Year of Proven Local Fundraising Experience You must have hands-on experience in raising funds locally—whether through individual donors, corporate partnerships, or community campaigns. Your track record of success matters more than your academic background.
• Genuine Commitment to Marginalized Communities Fundraising at Mojar School is not “just a job.” It’s a mission. We’re seeking people who have shown consistent passion and commitment to the well-being of disadvantaged communities for at least a year.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• You are a self-starter who can create and execute fundraising ideas.
• You love writing emails, building donor connections, and meeting targets.
• You are familiar with Google Drive, Canva, and Microsoft Office tools.
• You are ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow with impact.

Join Our Fundraising Team – Odommo Bangladesh Foundation (Mojar School)

Location: Banani, Dhaka

Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

Weekly Off: Friday

• Ensuring Quality Education – Supporting over 2,300 children in 23 school branches

• Youth Mobilization – Engaging over 7,000+ volunteers for community service
• Campaigns for Child Rights & Awareness – Driving real social change on the ground
