Responsibilities & Context:

Employment Status

Full-time, 6 days per week (Saturday - Thursday)

Educational Requirements

  1. Minimum bachelor's in any discipline, preferably Development Studies, Social Science, B. ED/M. ED, Management

  2. Get priority if you have a Professional Certification in: Teaching, Child Development, Project Management, etc. 

Experience Requirements

  1. One year, freshers are encouraged to apply. 

  2. Applicant experience in the following area(s) get advantage: Volunteering, Education, NGO, Development Organization 

Special Requirement: Candidates should know how to swim, and those from Manpura Island will get priority. 

Responsible for: Student

  1. Developing a creative learning environment across the school

  2. Ensure students’ safety and security

  3. To ensure the classroom environment is comfortable for the students

  4. To counsel students, listen to them actively and reduce the dropout rate

  5. To ensure maximum attendance in school (Min 80%)

  6. Ensure students’ development through different extracurricular activities

  7. Arrange class, exam, and assembly for student in due time

Responsible for: Teacher and support staff

  1. To ensure teachers/staff have clear understanding of their role and responsibility

  2. To plan to develop teachers’ skills

  3. Monitoring and guiding teachers and support staff

  4. Assisting with identifying and recruiting potential mentors/teachers

  5. Ensure teachers’ safety and security

  6. Arrange a team meeting to discuss the issue and guide teachers

  7. To help teachers to develop their lesson plan, monthly plan, and other activity plans.

Responsible for: Maintenance

  1. Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment and items

  2. Update the office/concern department on the equipment status

  3. Regular check/cross-check of the equipment

  4. Prepare a list/checklist of the equipment

Responsible for: Safety & Security

  1. Ensure overall safety and security of the school

  2. Ensure the safety and security of teachers, staffs and students

  3. Prevent unlawful/criminal activity inside the school

  4. Ensure proper guidance on the use of equipment and the playground

  5. Proper monitoring and reporting to the office/concern person

Others Responsibility

  1. To act as a facilitator in school, able to translate the school’s vision for creative learning into practical implementation

  2. To take overall responsibility for program and project management, delegating extensively across the school community, and ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood clearly by all

  3. Ensure proper reporting to the office/concern department

  4. School Coordinators will be expected to be released from other duties to ensure this role is allocated sufficient time to attend planning, evaluation, and networking meetings

  5. Act as liaison between parents, coaches, students, administrators, and teachers.

  6. Be available by phone or e-mail almost any hour of the day or night (only a slight exaggeration) to help solve any problems you may be having

  7. Arrange events and other activity assign by the office

  8. Implement the plan in the school effectively and ensure expected outcomes.

  9. Act on the urgent matter positively

Core KPI: 

  1. Minimum 80% student attendance (90% Target)

  2. Minimum 90% sponsor student attendance (95% Target) 

  3. Less Than 5% sponsor student dropout 

  4. Less than 10% overall student dropout (Proper justification may be considered) 

  5. Deadline Meet and Report Submission 

  6. Punctuality and Leave Management 

  7. Minimum 80% Performance as per the PMS of Mojar School.
