Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
Manage leave, attendance tracking, and monthly time logs
Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Assist in preparation of contracts, renewals, and employee files
Submit monthly HR reports to the Head of HR/Admin and Founder
2. Administrative Management
Oversee general office management, cleanliness, and logistics
Maintain admin records: asset register, inventory logs, transport schedules
Ensure staff ID cards, supply requisitions, and visitor logs are managed properly
Coordinate administrative support for events, training, and volunteer programs
3. Policy & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Support grievance redress and disciplinary measures as per SOP
Assist in internal audits and documentation for donor and government reviews
Work closely with Program Heads to maintain field compliance
4. Communication & Coordination
Draft internal communication, notices, and HR memos
Support Founder/HR Head with meeting summaries, staff updates, and reports
Collaborate with field and branch HR/Admin points for unified operations
