Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Business or Economics (or other relevant degree). Additional years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Location: Based at CARE Cox’s Bazar Regional Office.
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be for 03 years
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of livelihoods, value chain, and market system development, including professional training on value chain and market system development.
∎ Strong demonstrated understanding and application of M4P.
∎ Experience developing linkages with the private sector and/or public institutions and micro small enterprise/network development
∎ Experience with capacity building and training is required. Knowledge and skills in developing training curriculum/modules is preferred.
∎ Experience with M&E vis-à-vis supply chain programming/result chain intervention. Analytical and report writing skills.
∎ Previous experience with the culture and context of South Asia/ Bangladesh is strongly preferred.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to principles of Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, as evidenced in previous management positions and programming. Demonstrated commitment to PSHEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Harassment, and Abuse).
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; excellent demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills.
