Responsibilities & Context:
Host live sessions on Facebook and other social media platforms to promote our services (study abroad, student visas, travel, etc.).
Present services in a confident, engaging, and convincing manner in front of the camera.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Provide basic information about our services to walk-in clients and over the phone.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and support the marketing team.
