∎ Skills Required: Garment Technology, Lingerie, Lingerie ( Bra and panties ) experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Lingerie, Lingerie Production, Pattern making
Job Responsibilities:
∎ CAD efficiency in patterns (pattern making from the scratch)
∎ Convert a picture or original sample to a measurement chart or pdm and can develop 2D patterns as well as evaluate the fitting
∎ Paper Pattern making and measurement Chart Building from the scratch
∎ Grading knowledge (Women, Men, Kids)
∎ Practical Knowledge in evaluating sample and monitor the samples assessment (TAC)
∎ Ability of improving fittings via pattern adjustments
∎ Idea of working within international environment
∎ High efficiency in digital sample processes: word, excel, PPtx, at least Corel Draw (will be good to have knowledge of PhotoShop)
∎ Inspect and comment on samples (proto counter and size set samples), with regards to measurements, workmanship and fit
∎ Be responsible for own customer department and do final approval in the market on behalf of customer
∎ Visit factories and suppliers on a regular basis, when necessary
∎ Make commercial decisions together with merchandising
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fast Adapting Skills,
∎ Knowledge about fitting sessions with models will be a bonus.
∎ Ability to work under the pressure,
∎ Indicating and solving problems individually and within the team,
∎ Handling duties without the panic, oriented in worldwide market. Keen in sustainability subject,
∎ Team player able to support colleagues across the other categories
