Responsibilities & Context:

Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced, motivated, and dynamic Lifestyle asset advisors to join our

team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, be modern

thinking, hard-working, and eager to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads to convert prospects into clients.

  • Conduct project site visits and property tours with potential buyers.

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable Asset solutions.

  • Handle negotiations and guide clients through the entire sales process to closing.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall objectives.

  • Track and follow up on payment schedules to ensure timely collection of revenue as per agreed terms.

  • Coordinate with the Accounts team to assist in record keeping, payment reconciliation, and accurate financial reporting.

  • Maintain up-to-date client records, transaction details, and payment status in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular market feedback and client insights to improve sales strategies and service delivery.
